**Responsibilities**
- Design and develop instructional materials and learning assets to improve employee’s performance and capabilities within the organization.
- Work with Subject Matter Experts to identify learning needs and objectives.
- Integrates course materials, assessments, and learning activities in the LMS.
- Deliver and facilitate train the trainer and presentation sessions, both virtually and in person.
- Show creativity when designing and developing (or recommending) learning materials such as scripts, text, graphics, audio, video, animation, gaming and multimedia to support learning needs.
- Participate in the evolution of the L&D design strategy by contributing ideas and suggesting improvements.
- Establish open communication with the L&D team for continuous adjustments.
- Participates in quality assurance processes and ensures that procedures are implemented.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in instructional design or in a related field (i.e., Creative and Applied Arts).
- 3 to 5 years relevant experience
- Evidence of solid grounding in developing visual layouts and simple animations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of multimedia technology (PowerPoint, Photoshop, authoring software, animation tools, etc.)
- Demonstrated knowledge working with Learning Management Systems.
- Intermediate level capabilities for image and video editing.
- Strong communication skills and facilitation.
- Evidence of strong ability to establish and maintain work priorities and timelines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
