**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- All Visa-related documentation
- Filling up all Visa forms and preparing necessary documentation files.
- Attending & giving proper visa-related information to clients over the phone and across the counters.
- Visa Submission and collection at respective VFS / Consulate or at the Embassy.
- Attending to Visa letter requests and preparing the same. If required send the visa letter by post or courier to clients.
- Update and keeping a record of visa-related details on the reservation system and visa folder.
- Communicating & coordinating with the sales team/call center team and other offices for visa-related requests and documentation.
- All other job responsibilities related to visas as and when demanded by the Company.

**Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
