**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with leads through chat and assess their authenticity.
- Identify potential opportunities for business development.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead evaluations.
- Collaborate with the business development team to strategize on growth initiatives.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve lead qualification processes.

**Requirements**:

- MBA or equivalent degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess and analyze lead authenticity.
- Experience in lead generation, sales, or business development is preferred.
- Proficiency in using chat platforms and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a strategic approach to business growth.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word) and AI Sales Tools.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
