**The role**

This integral role is a major link in SMR Logistics Operations Team ( P&S Division). Executive Logistics is responsible for Logistics Operations function for HZL sites including remote warehousing operations, management of Inbound and outbound flow of FG and Site warehouses at different locations. In this position he will report to the All-India Warehouse Manager of Logistics Operations Team (P&S Division ) - India & will be based in Dariba Site.

**Areas of responsibility**:

As the Warehouse Executive, you will be accountable for all materials and supplies in the store's facilities; audits goods received into warehouse. Oversees receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures. Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space. Ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment. Performance of responsibilities as per KPI set by company from time to time.

Additional responsibilities include:

- Formulate SOP for Sites Stores Operations.
- Monitor and follow-up on delivery performance as per KPI’s set.
- Manage Dariba Site warehouse operations.
- Ensure all necessary inbound / outbound operational processes and proper warehousing process is in place and followed.
- Evaluate, monitor and initiate actions to improve performance of Site Stores Team members in line with Sandvik standards.
- Assist Site Planning team with effective communications and providing necessary information on time.
- Central point of contact for HZL Sites, site planners as a problem solver.

**Your profile**

**Education / Experience**

Bachelors or Master’s Degree with 6 to 8 years of stores / Raw Material stores experience

**Competencies**

Communication skills.

Must be able to plan, develop & implement effectively.

Drive & Commitment.

Ability to make educated analytical decisions.

Customer focussed.

People management skills.

Good understanding on EHS Standards

Must be detail oriented, and perform well under pressure
