Experience: Min 1 - 2 years experience in admissions, student recruitment, or related field preferred.

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (education, counseling, etc.) preferred.

Skills required:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with student information systems and admissions software is a plus.
- Knowledge of higher education trends and best practices.

Profile Introduction:
As an Admission Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in the enrollment process of prospective students. Your primary responsibility will be to guide and assist prospective students through the admission process, providing them with the necessary information and support to make informed decisions about their educational goals.

Profile Responsibilities:

- **Provide Information and Guidance**: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, providing them with accurate and comprehensive information about academic programs, admission requirements, financial aid options, and campus life.
- **Conduct Outreach**: Engage in proactive outreach efforts to attract prospective students, including attending college fairs, conducting information sessions, and participating in recruitment events both on and off-campus.
- **Provide Support**: Offer personalized support and guidance to prospective students throughout the admissions process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and offering solutions to overcome potential obstacles.
- **Collaborate with Admissions Team**: Work collaboratively with other members of the admissions team to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the admissions operation.
- **Stay Informed**: Stay abreast of changes in admission policies, procedures, and regulations, as well as trends in higher education, to ensure compliance and provide informed guidance to prospective students.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
