**Role & Responsibilities**:
**Develop and Implement Sales Strategy**:

- Design and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting government business at the federal, state, and local levels.
- Analyze market trends and government spending patterns to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales plans, proposals, and presentations to both government and private entities.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in government and private sector organizations.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all government sales and contracts.

**Lead Sales and Bid Processes**:

- Lead the preparation of RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFQs (Request for Quotations), and other procurement processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (legal, compliance, finance) to ensure proposals meet government requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to successfully close deals.
- Proficient in Tendering, GEM, Specifications (Spec), and Bid processes for effective procurement and project execution.

**Revenue and Sales Growth**:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs for both government and private accounts.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth across government and private sector markets.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5-6 years of overall sales experience, with current 3-4 years in the government sector & PSU.
- Proven success in selling IT Products to government entities (federal, state, local).
- In-depth knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations.
- Experience in managing large, complex deals and negotiating multi-year contracts.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with government officials and agencies.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong analytical skills to identify market opportunities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
