**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns that enhance the company's brand reputation and visibility.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with the media, journalists, and industry influencers.
- Craft compelling press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials to secure media coverage.
- Plan and coordinate events, press conferences, and interviews to effectively convey key messages.
- Monitor media coverage and public sentiment to proactively address potential issues and opportunities.
- Serve as the company spokesperson, effectively communicating key messages and representing the brand in various public forums.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment of PR efforts with marketing and business goals.
- Manage crisis communications by developing and implementing proactive strategies to mitigate reputational risks.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging issues to provide insights and recommendations.
- Maintain and update media databases, PR materials, and press contacts for efficient communication.
- Actively engage in networking events, seminars, and workshops to expand the company's reach and influence.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in public relations, with a track record of successful PR campaigns.
- Proven ability to secure media coverage and establish strong relationships with journalists.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages for different audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Proficiency in using PR tools, media monitoring platforms, and social media for PR purposes.
- Familiarity with crisis management strategies and experience handling sensitive issues.
- A proactive approach to staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative PR strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
