**Experience**: Minimum 8-10 years in hostel/student welfare roles

**1. Hostel & Staff Management**:
Lead the complete administration of the residential hostel housing 1000 rural girls aged 6-16. Oversee infrastructure, cleanliness, daily operations, and coordination with housekeeping, maintenance, and wardens.

**2. Student Welfare & Supervision**:
Act as a maternal figure, nurturing a safe, caring, and disciplined environment. Address grievances, resolve conflicts, monitor well-being, and ensure emotional support and mentoring.

**3. Health, Safety & Security**:
Ensure nutritious meals, health check-ups, hygiene, and emergency care. Maintain strict safety protocols and 24x7 student security.

**4. Moral & Ethical Development**:
Instill values aligned with the Gurukul system—discipline, empathy, responsibility, and self-reliance.

**5. Administration & Reporting**:
Manage records (occupancy, health, behavior), prepare budgets and proposals, and ensure cost-effective operations with continuous improvements.
