**Role Overview**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analytics Intern to support our digital health and operations team. This role involves working with large datasets from electronic health records (EHRs), operational systems, and financial tools to extract insights that improve patient care, resource optimization, and strategic decision-making.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with structured and unstructured healthcare datasets including EHRs, claims data, patient outcomes, and hospital operations.
- Use data mining techniques to identify trends, correlations, and outliers related to treatment efficacy, cost, and patient outcomes.
- Perform data slicing and dicing across multiple dimensions such as age, diagnosis, hospital unit, and treatment timelines to generate actionable insights.
- Build predictive models to forecast patient health risks, readmission probabilities, or operational bottlenecks.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to clinical, operational, and leadership stakeholders.
- Generate OLAP reports for performance metrics, financial KPIs, and care delivery optimization.
- Support the preparation of regular data summaries, executive reports, and presentations based on findings.
- Work with cross-functional teams (IT, clinical, finance) to validate data and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Maintain data quality, integrity, and compliance with healthcare data privacy standards.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
