Basic Qualification required
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Tool & die Engineering / Turner /Fitter
- For ITI: 4years Experience
- For Diploma: 2years Experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Plans machining by studying blueprints, engineering plans, materials, and orthographic drawings.
- Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function.
- Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
- Sets-up lathes by installing and adjusting three
- and four-jaw chucks, tools, and attachments.
- Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications.
- Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts.

Skill Required
- The “CNC TURNER” must have knowledge to operate in “FANUC Series Oi-TF” or “Mazatrol”
- Should be able to study the “2D Engineering Drawings”
- Must have knowledge in “Manufacturing Process Planning”.
- Good knowledge regarding CNC Turning Programming and Setting.
- Must have knowledge in machine tools.
