This is a **target-based role** with a competitive base salary and attractive incentives tied to performance and client acquisition.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize company profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, Guru, etc.
- Identify relevant projects and actively bid to secure LPO-related contracts
- Generate leads and close deals through freelancing platforms and other channels
- Understand LPO services in-depth to effectively communicate value to prospective clients
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as per business goals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Prepare reports on bidding activity, deal conversion rates, and platform analytics

**Requirements**:

- **Mandatory experience in the Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) sector**:

- Minimum 2- 3 years of experience managing profiles and projects on **freelancing platforms like Upwork and Fiverr**:

- Proven sales skills with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal
- Knowledge of bidding strategy, pricing, and proposal writing
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote setup
- Familiarity with tools like Trello, CRM systems, Slack, or similar platforms
