**Job Title**: Corporate Sales (Non-EB)
**Location**:Kolkata
**Experience Required**: 3-8 years in Corporate Sales, preferably in Insurance Broking

**Key responsibilities**:
Identify, prospect, and acquire mid-sized to large corporate clients for non-life
commercial insurance solutions.
Understand client business risks and offer tailored risk management and insurance
solutions.
Liaise with internal teams and insurance partners to design and present optimal
insurance programs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Handle end-to-end sales processes — from lead generation and proposal submission
to negotiation, closure, and renewal management.
Ensure timely servicing, claims coordination, and post-sale support in partnership
with internal departments.
Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to stay ahead
of the curve.
Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
**Qualifications and Skills required**:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related fields.
3-8 years of experience in corporate insurance sales (non-EB), preferably with an
insurance broker.
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products like Fire, Marine, Liability, Cyber,
Property, etc.
Excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage long sales cycles and engage with senior stakeholders.
Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bhowanipore, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
