**Analytical Chemist**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Routine Analysis:
Conduct analysis of key parameters including sulphate, sulphide, phosphate, chloride, ammonia, total nitrogen, volatile fatty acids (VFA), and volatile solids (VS) from fermentation tanks and AD tunnels.

Perform percolate testing for pH, temperature, dry solids (DS), biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), chemical oxygen demand (COD), total alkalinity concentration (TAC), free organic solids (FOS), FOS/TAC ratio, and ammonium [ppm].

Analyze waste samples for temperature (°C), dry solids (DS), organic dry solids (ODS), ammonia, and volume.

On-Site Testing and Decision Making:
Execute basic on-site tests, including dry solids (DS) and organic dry solids (ODS), using an oven as required.

Provide expert advice on measurement intervals and testing methodologies based on plant operations.

Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain precise and accurate records of laboratory and field test results.

Analyze data trends to identify anomalies or deviations, and report findings to plant management for prompt action.

Laboratory Maintenance and Compliance:
Oversee the maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments to ensure consistent performance and accuracy.

Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements to maintain a compliant and safe laboratory environment.

**Qualifications**:
**Education: B.Sc. in Chemistry**

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a laboratory setting, preferably within the chemical process industry.

Skills: Proficiency in analytical techniques and laboratory practices, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,001.93 - ₹20,000.00 per month
