Job Summary: A Social Media Trainer is responsible for designing, developing and conducting training sessions on various social media platforms, best practices, and strategies to help clients effectively use social media for their businesses. They will also create training materials and content, provide guidance and support to clients, and stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and changes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop training programs and materials for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Conduct one-on-one or group training sessions for clients to help them understand how to effectively use social media to promote their businesses.
- Create and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that cover social media strategies, tactics, best practices, and emerging trends.
- Provide guidance and support to clients to help them implement social media strategies and achieve their marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and changes to ensure that training content is current and relevant.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the training provided.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential training opportunities and provide support in the sales process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and strategy development.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive training content.
- Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and their features.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and changes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience in training or teaching is a plus.
- Certification in social media marketing is a plus.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Digital marketing (preferred)
