We are looking for visa counselor for one of the leading student visa consultant based in Vadodara, Gujarat

**Responsibilities**:
Document Collection and Reconciliation: Collect processed visas and passports from the visa missions or authorities upon approval. Ensure accurate tracking and reconciliation of collected documents, maintaining meticulous records and documentation


Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the visa processing team, including data entry, filing, maintaining databases, and updating records.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with visa policies, procedures, and relevant industry knowledge. Proactively seek learning opportunities to enhance your understanding of the visa and immigration field. Stay informed about changes in visa regulations and communicate updates to the team.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to ensure smooth visa processing operations. Assist colleagues when needed, share information, and contribute to a positive and cooperative work environment.

Working hours - 10 to 7pm..
