We are hiring Incoming Quality Inspection****

Education: Diploma / Bachelor's degree

**Salary**:15,000 to 32,000

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Inspecting and testing products at various stages of manufacturing to ensure they meet established quality standards.
- To checking incoming raw materials, performing in-process inspections, and verifying final product quality.
- Maintaining detailed records of inspection results, including data on defects, non-conformances, and corrective actions taken.
- Generating quality reports to inform production teams and management about quality trends.
- Maintaining and calibrating measuring equipment to ensure accuracy
- Reporting quality issues to production teams and management.
- Collaborating with other departments to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
- To maintain the production without lag & downtime, and also to check the quality parameters in production team.

**Receiving and inspecting raw materials**:

- Checking incoming materials for defects or non-compliance with specifications.

**In-process quality checks**:

- Monitoring product quality throughout the manufacturing process by performing inspections at critical stages.

**Final product testing**:

- Conducting comprehensive testing on finished products to verify they meet quality standards.

**Data collection and analysis**:

- Recording inspection results, analyzing trends, and identifying root causes of quality issues.

**Reporting and documentation**:

- Preparing detailed reports on quality metrics, non-conformances, and corrective actions.

**Non-conforming product management**:

- Identifying and handling products that fail to meet quality standards, including rework, rejection, or scrap.

**Quality improvement initiatives**:

- Participating in continuous improvement projects to reduce defects and optimize production processes
