Conduct teaching on relevant skills, tactics and techniques based on badminton training program to upgrade student’s skills
- Design games in a fun manner to develop student’s skills and increase their interest towards badminton
- Develop training programs based on student’s level and needs to upgrade their skills
- Design and conduct different physical trainings and exercises to build student’s stamina
- Strategies and conduct different physical training and exercises to build student’s stamina
- Observe, monitor and assess student’s performance and provide constructive feedback to the student
- Engage with the student and parent to ensure they satisfy with the training program and stay on with the academy
- Ensure the safety of the student and minimize the student risk in getting injured
- Prepare and encourage students to participate in badminton tournament / friendly matches / badminton camp.
- Promote badminton training and social club program to parents and potential students, youth & adults
- Assist in developing coach development program
- Plan and organize sport promotion / events / camps for the school.
- Accompanying students to competition at local, outstation and oversea level, provide coaching and moral support to them
- Oversee / supervise / guide other coaches in improving performance of student, especially at competitions
- Running training camps at local, outstation and oversea as required
- Perform any other duties as required

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
