**Job Summary**:
The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests by handling check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiries. They serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all visitors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Services**:

- Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- **Reservations & Bookings**:

- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date records of room availability and pricing.
- **Communication & Coordination**:

- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room status updates.
- Communicate guest requests to appropriate departments.
- **Financial Transactions**:

- Handle guest payments, issue invoices, and process refunds.
- Maintain accurate financial records for daily transactions.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain guest records and ensure all documentation is complete.
- **Safety & Security**:

- Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
- Report any suspicious activities to hotel management or security.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality (preferred).
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, or PMS).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
