**Job Summary**:
Ensure customer orders are scheduled and leveled according to available production capacity to meet requested delivery dates. Collaborate closely with departments like purchasing, customer support, warehouse, and quality to streamline operations and ensure effective order fulfillment

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- Giving priority to acknowledge customer orders within stated time frame to their requested date base on availability of materials and acknowledgement from suppliers.
- To collaborate closely with purchasing and Internal Support Department for the best possible strategy to fulfill customers’ requested dates and on material availability
- To re-plan or revel load releases when there is change from initial plan.
- Reschedule Of Customer Orders - Re-promise customer orders on deliveries.
- Advice the best delivery dates in ERP system (Oracle)
- Giving to cost reduction and inventory control.
- Work orders for kits and sub-assemblies to be led to meet customer requirement.
- Review total releases available and balance items for shipment order to production plan.
- Actively participate in company’s continuous improvement programs.
- Other tasks assigned as and when required.
- Acknowledge orders promptly in specified time frames. Confirm scheduled plans align with actual execution to minimize delays in customer deliveries.
- Communicating the forecasted and actual loading to various departments for advance resources planning and Customer RDSL & PDSL
- Other important metrics to consider include Late backlog and Average Days too Late.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:

- Hands on working experience on Oracle ERP
- Self-starter and self motivated.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- An excellent teammate with good communication skill and to interact with people of all levels.

**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
- Even a short experience in an Operation Department of a metal mechanic industry or in the Oil and gas Sector.
