Position Details:
Youll be joining a stable and growing team, where youll be learning about leasing of commercial proprties, targets, system, Find, Follow, fix and what it takes to run an leasing oriented business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build out your skills, as you will be working as a Leasing person under the supervision of the highly qualified and experienced team leader who will assist you with all the consequences you face while Leasing, you just have to have your skills, your confidence, your attitude and your speed work for you.

This is a regular position, where youll be expected to learn quickly, be self organized and self directed.

Its not going to be a walk in the park, but youll be learning a lot, working with great people, and interacting and building relationships with sophisticated buyers from Tier 1,2 & 3 cities and also from all background and culture from all across the world.

Position Competencies:
Leasing of properties directly to the brands is a very exciting and stressful task.

The good thing about it is that brands are usually of a very high caliber, extremely well educated and interesting to speak to.

While you won’t be expected to be the person who can break every barrier with only one tool i.e. your tongue, you’ll need to possess the following traits as a minimum:

- Highly Organized - Since you’ll be working as a leasing person and your will be providing just a 10 digit number which means lot to you so you need to organize yourself in a manner to understand what schedule brand person has given and what he/she actually want, you need to manage your all leads accordingly so that there will be no chance of miss anyone anytime.
- Raw Confidence - You’ll be interacting with highly educated and interesting person from different brands of different category with different senses across all around the world, so you’ll need to be comfortable presenting, promoting and selling “Aadinath” projects, concepts & services to the client.
- Fast Learner - Depending on your previous experience, you have to be more efficient to gather the knowledge about the new and on going projects of the company. While it won’t quite be sink or swim, you’ll be expected to be extremely motivated and do what it takes to stay on top of things. In leasing when you visible than you than you audible.
- Entrepreneurial: every person have some business skills hidden in him/her, the Entrepreneurial skill in you will make your position strong and then it will give you chance to snatch the other top positions which will make you real entrepreneur of you position while working. We have a independent culture for the person who is actually want to rise for himself and for the growth of the company he/she is working for.

Position Outcomes:
Here’s a quick sample of what you’ll be doing:

- Projects prospective and understanding, gain a good understanding of our ideal project which we are selling, we will give you complete training about the project in the starting and will update you time to time also but your responsibility is to make all the points clear to you before presenting to the final customer.
- Plan customer calls, presentations and meetings, on every number and lead provide by the company you have to be ready and knowledgeable for the final pitch to the customer/brand.
- Collaborate with your team leader your communication with your team leader have to be regular and clear so that he/she can help you with all the possibilities to solve your issues as if issues remain in your mind that will cause wrong information deliver to the client.
- Don’t forget your personality client use to judge the person first and project second i.e. before understanding the project client use to know that who is going to explain him the possibilities of the huge investment which they are going to do.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
