Sales & Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to support the execution of sales and marketing strategies. The coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of sales and marketing operations, coordinating promotional events and campaigns, and maintaining customer relationships. The position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as an understanding of sales and marketing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing plans and strategies.

Coordinate promotional events and campaigns, including product launches, trade shows, and conferences.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales materials, such as proposals, presentations, and contracts.

Create and maintain sales and marketing databases, including customer information and sales records.

Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Manage social media accounts and website content to support marketing efforts.

Respond to customer inquiries and maintain positive relationships with existing customers.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.

Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing coordination, preferably in a similar industry.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Salary and Benefits:
Salary and benefits will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
