**Job Summary**
We are a manufacturing company and are located on the highway in Vasai East.

Since the Job is in Vasai east, only applicants living in VASAI, NALASOPARA and VIRAR may apply

Applicant must have at least 2years experience in sales and marketing as a sales coordinator in a Business to Consumer company
Applicant must write good English and speak good Hindi, must be able to Write mails and messages in proper English.
Applicant with working excel knowledge in manufacturing industry will be preferred.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Talk to customers/ distributors/ retailers regarding orders, payments, new product launch and under development, dispatch from warehouse and order progress
- Checking if sales team is on field on time or not. Checking daily calls ratio of sales team
- Filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Ensuring the adequacy of sales material like POP, brochures and catalogues.
- Responding to complaints from customers and give after-**sales** support when requested.
- Manage the Sales Team, their targets and working hours
- Managing distributors credit notes, scheme letters etc.
- Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material

- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently
- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department
- Hiring and training sales staff and ensuring staff meets their quotas and goals
- Managing budgets for expenses like bonuses, marketing, and travel
- Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible
- Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

Should have 2-3 years of experience in sales support or sales co-ordinator role.
English medium education.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
