..URGENT REQUIREMENT - 3 Posts

**Key Departments to be supported**:

- HR & Admin
- Procurement & Contracts
- Project Control and Project Construction

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Creating Purchase orders (PO’s), Service Orders, Rate contracts for Supply/ Works in SAP AIKYA 2.0

with all input fields like Purchase group, Material/Service group, Service code, Material code and

associated change orders.
- Create new Material/ Service code requests including extension and changes; co-ordination with MDM/ GRC team.
- Generating GRN’s for Supply contracts including understanding of goods movement types, reservation, getting quality approvals, issuance, consumption, invoicing & checklist creations.
- Create new Vendor requests including extension and changes, etc.
- Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR’s) Requests for new PO’s/ SO’s for all types of Contracts, including co-ordination with Project team members for Purchase group, Material/Service group, Service code, Material code, WBS element, Plant, Tracking No, Item Category, Account Assignment, GL, Valuation Class etc.
- Carrying out Service Entries of work certifications.
- Update checklist for SES/GRN entries & collate all relevant documents in support of same & sending it to DCC.
- Co-ordinate with Document Control for sending documents to ABEX team.
- Co-ordinate with internal project team members & stakeholders.
- Generate reports from SAP as per management requirement.
- Completing all assigned tasks in a time bound manner.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- The resources deployed shall be a Graduate (BCom/ B.Sc./ BA, etc.) and shall possess good hands on experience in SAP System.
- Having certification in SAP will be added advantage.

**Functional Experience**:

- A minimum of 3-4 years working experience in SAP System.
- Computer/ windows knowledge, SAP knowledge in PS & MM Module, Good Communication Skills.
