Ensure that painting operations are carried out safely, and that all personnel adhere to established safety guidelines and procedures.

Plan and schedule work assignments, and ensure that deadlines are met.

Maintain records of work progress and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Coordinate with other departments and trades to ensure that painting work is integrated with overall construction and maintenance activities.

Train and supervise painting staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management.

Monitor and maintain inventory of paint and supplies, and order materials as needed.

Ensure that painting equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.

Provide technical guidance to staff and contractors regarding painting methods and materials.

Continuously evaluate painting operations and identify opportunities for process improvement.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
