**Job Description**:
**Sales Executive**
**His job involves meeting contractors, profiling them, identifying a set of contractors that can be adopted for -training, professional grooming such that this contractor set becomes recommendable to consumers.**
**He must track and promote increased business engagement of contracto**rs with Asian Paints.**
**He will be the single point of contact for all contractor queries, training, site evaluation or on-site technical assistance, and any other relevant requirement.**
**Each RCA will report to the Focus Product Supervisor + Retail Superv**isor in the region.**
**Profile, maintain and update records of all contractors in the territory / unit.**
**Enroll adopted contractors for required set of training programs, evaluate their on-site proficiency.**
**Pitch new products and ensure new products training and product usage.**
**Track and promote business engagement of adopted contractors with Asian Paints.**
**Ensure the contractors meet mandatory requirements and upgrade in the tier hierarchy.**
**Ensure site evaluation & on-site assistance for adopted contractors.**
**Co-ordinate with TSO and other retail team members as and when required.**
