**Job Title: Site Supervisor**

**Location**: Chennai, Tamilnadu.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure project completion within the allocated time and budget
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications
- Prepare and review project schedules, plans, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management
- Resolve any on-site issues or challenges that arise during construction
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on construction status
- Contribute to the firm’s commitment to sustainability and innovation in construction practices

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction/management software
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of sustainable construction practices is a plus
