The Site Supervisor (Civil) will oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing teams, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities on construction sites, ensuring work is performed according to project specifications and plans.
  • Manage and lead a team of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure high productivity and quality of work.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to discuss project specifications and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, labor hours, and material usage.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Conduct safety meetings and enforce adherence to safety protocols on-site.
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to project status, issues, and resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Must be able to lift heavy materials and equipment as needed.
