**Role Overview**

As a Store Incharge at Lekha Interiors, you will play a pivotal role in managing inventory, ensuring the smooth functioning of the store, and supporting production and design teams. You will oversee stock levels, coordinate with vendors, and maintain accurate records to optimize efficiency in the supply chain.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate stock records and update the inventory management system.
- Conduct regular stock audits to minimize discrepancies.
- Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.
- **Store Operations**:

- Oversee daily operations, ensuring proper organization and cleanliness of the store.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams for timely delivery of materials.
- Manage incoming and outgoing materials with proper documentation.
- **Vendor Coordination**:

- Liaise with suppliers for procurement and delivery of materials.
- Negotiate prices and ensure quality and timely supply.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock and material movement.
- Ensure proper documentation of all transactions, receipts, and invoices.
- **Team Management**:

- Supervise store assistants and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Train new team members in inventory management and store operations.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
