**Position**: Admission Counsellor
**Location**: Sector-18 Noida

**Job Type**: Full-time/Part-time
**Experience**: Minimum 1-2 Year

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist students and parents in understanding academic programs, eligibility criteria, and financial aid options.
- Handle inquiries from potential applicants and provide accurate and timely information.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Maintain a database of prospective students and track admissions progress.
- Coordinate and conduct admission-related events, open houses, and campus tours.
- Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to enhance student enrollment efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in academic programs.
- Ensure all admission processes are conducted in compliance with institutional policies.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, Marketing, or related fields preferred).
- Prior experience in admissions, student counseling, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in the education industry or student counseling.
- Knowledge of admissions procedures and student support services.
