Job Title: Admission Counselor

Location: Sector 59, Noida

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide students through the admission process by providing information on undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) courses, helping them understand program requirements and career prospects.
- Evaluate student profiles and recommend suitable courses based on their interests, academic background, and career goals.
- Act as the main point of contact for prospective students and their families, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents to ensure a positive admission experience.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets through effective counseling and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of student information, interactions, and progress within the admissions process.
- Stay updated on university policies, new programs, and changes in admission requirements.
- Provide clear, consistent, and professional communication with students and families to ensure a seamless admissions experience.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in admission counseling or related field.
- Basic knowledge of UG and PG courses across various fields.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and parents.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM systems (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
