**Job Description: Admission Counsellor**

**Position**: Admission Counsellor
**Location**: Sector 2 Noida, Sector 3 Noida (On-site)
**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000 per month
**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year

**Responsibilities**:
**Guide Students**:
Help students and parents choose the right course like MBA, PGDM, UG, or PG based on their goals and qualifications.

**Manage Admissions**:
Assist students with forms, documentation, and deadlines.

**Follow Up on Leads**:
Contact students who show interest and convert inquiries into admissions.

**Stay Updated**:
Keep yourself informed about new courses, colleges, and education trends.

**Build Relationships**:
Maintain good communication with students, parents, and colleges for smooth admission processes.

**Meet Targets**:
Work towards monthly and yearly admission goals.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any field.

**Experience**: At least 1 year in admission counseling or a similar role.

**Knowledge**: Must have good knowledge of MBA, PGDM, UG, and PG courses.

**Skills**: Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
