Futurism Technologies is looking for an Sr. Digital Marketing Executive for Baner, Pune location

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Strategize, plan, and execute SEO for B2B Industry (Specially IT Services), social media, inbound lead generation marketing campaigns
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-impact keywords and phrases relevant to our industry and target audience.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve website visibility and rankings in search engine results pages (SERPs).
- Define content development, syndication, distribution, and link-building strategies
- Draft detailed SEO site audits and reports through a technical, content and off-site lens to ensure that they consistently adhere to SEO best practices
- Analyze and translate data from web analytics into actionable plans
- Build and optimize powerful B2B campaigns in Google and Bing to build brand and generate inbound leads
- Daily and weekly reporting and communication regarding campaign development, timelines, analysis, and results.
- Monitor SEO performance by utilizing SEO tools such as SEMRush, Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
- Develop annual, quarterly and project-level SEO strategies designed to maximize performance across Technical, Content and Off-site SEO to achieve business goals
- Advise on content types, topics, and keywords to explore to maximize website’s search rankings
- Constantly monitor and communicate changes in industry trends and search engine algorithms
- Estimate, strategize and support the sell-in of new SEO initiatives, in conjunction with sales and account team members
- Collaborates with tactic owners to recommend opportunities that increase lead generation for targeted audiences
- Plan and create weekly social media calendar

**Must have skills**:

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website CMS (WordPress,.Net)
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Create Audience in GA-4
- Knowledge of B2B Marketing and Inbound lead generation tactics
- Familiarity with B2B marketing and sales processes is a plus
- Specific IT Related Services (Cybersecurity, AI, Cloud, Data Engineering, IoT
- Proficiency in SEO tools (SEMRush, Screaming Frog)
- Familiarity with tools like GA-4, Google Search Console, Bing Web Master, Microsoft Clarity
