Digital Marketing

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance the company's online presence and drive engagement.
- Create compelling and visually appealing reels, videos, and other multimedia content to promote our products/services and showcase our brand.
- Manage and maintain our company's social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) by posting regular updates, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Monitor trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for content creation and audience engagement.
- Conduct keyword research and optimization to improve our website's search engine ranking and visibility.
- Analyze digital marketing performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, engagement metrics, conversion rates) and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our digital strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field or Any Graduate.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
- Strong proficiency in creating multimedia content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for organic and paid content promotion.
- Experience with SEO techniques and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz) to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand promotion.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and optimizations.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
