**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning & Teaching**:

- Prepare and deliver engaging English lessons for senior secondary students (Class 11-12) based on the curriculum guidelines (CBSE, ICSE, or state board as applicable).
- Use a variety of teaching methods such as lectures, discussions, multimedia resources, and group activities to cater to different learning styles.
- Teach English literature (novels, plays, poetry) and language (grammar, composition, writing skills).
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Design and implement formative and summative assessments (tests, assignments, projects, etc.).
- Grade and provide feedback on student work in a timely and constructive manner.
- Track and analyze student progress, identifying areas where students may need extra help.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a disciplined and focused classroom environment.
- Encourage student participation and foster open communication.
- Address and resolve any classroom behavioral issues appropriately.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Develop and adapt lesson plans, assignments, and exams in accordance with the curriculum.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- **Parent and School Communication**:

- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings and provide feedback on student development.
- **Extra-Curricular Involvement**:

- Participate in school activities, such as organizing or assisting in literary clubs, debates, and other language-related events.
- Encourage students to participate in competitions like speech, debate, essay writing, and drama.
- **Professional Development**:

- Keep up-to-date with new teaching methods, educational tools, and curriculum changes.
- Attend staff meetings, workshops, and conferences to improve teaching practices and student outcomes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
