Sales Associate

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential clients for room bookings, events, and banquets.
- Maintain client database and ensure regular communication with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare sales proposals and contracts in coordination with the Sales Manager.
- Work closely with the front office and reservations teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Participate in promotional events and activities to boost hotel visibility.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate daily/weekly sales reports for management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in hospitality or hotel sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., IDS, Opera).
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong customer orientation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: ₹10,271.62 - ₹37,440.19 per month
