**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Customer Engagement**:

- Assist customers in selecting products and provide detailed information about the benefits and sustainability aspects of our offerings.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by offering personalized customer service and recommendations.
- Handle billing, inventory updates, and ensure smooth transactions.
- **Brand Promotion & Awareness**:

- Act as the face of the Kheoni brand by effectively communicating our mission, values, and product uniqueness.
- Organize and participate in store-level activities, workshops, or events to attract customers and promote the brand.
- Leverage your knowledge of the local community to create brand visibility and drive store traffic.
- **Store Operations**:

- Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
- Keep shelves stocked and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply team for timely restocking.
- **Customer Retention**:

- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Collect feedback and suggestions to improve the customer experience.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Retail, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles. (Experience in wellness or skincare products is preferred.)
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive sales skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly living.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and billing systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
