**Job Title: Skin Therapist at Home Laser Facials, Hair Reduction & Slimming Sessions**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Treatment & Consultation**
- Perform skin and hair assessments prior to procedures.
- Advise clients on suitable laser treatments (e.g., hair reduction, pigmentation, scars, acne, etc.).
- Explain pre
- and post-care instructions to ensure client safety and satisfaction.
- **Laser Procedures**
- Operate laser machines for treatments such as laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and scar reduction.
- Adjust laser parameters based on client skin type and concern (Fitzpatrick scale knowledge preferred).
- Maintain accurate records of treatment parameters and client outcomes.
- **Clinical Safety & Hygiene**
- Ensure adherence to clinical safety protocols and sterilization standards.
- Perform regular maintenance and basic troubleshooting of laser equipment.
- Report any device malfunction or clinical incidents to the Clinic Manager.
- **Client Experience & Satisfaction**
- Create a professional and comforting environment for clients.
- Handle client queries and manage expectations with empathy and clarity.
- Follow up with clients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and healing.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Aesthetic Science, Laser Technology, Nursing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Certified Laser Technician is preferred but not mandatory..
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Knowledge of dermatological conditions and contraindications.

**Compensation**:

- ₹10,000 per month + Incentives
- Performance incentives and bonuses applicable
