**Position**: Skin Therapist
**Location**: Gurugram
**Industry**: Dermatology Center
**Budget**: ₹45,000 Fixed + ₹10,000 Variable

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform advanced skin therapies including facials, chemical peels, laser treatments, and other dermatological procedures
- Understand client skin concerns and suggest appropriate treatment plans
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the clinic
- Document client treatment history and follow-up sessions
- Support the dermatology team in daily operations
- Promote clinic services and contribute to cross-selling treatments and skincare products

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a skin therapist or in dermatology clinics
- Certified in skin/aesthetic treatments (CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or equivalent preferred)
- Knowledge of skin types, products, and modern treatment technologies
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Willingness to work in a client-focused, target-driven environment
