**Responsibilities**:

- Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct property showings and provide exceptional customer service to potential buyers, showcasing the features and benefits of available properties.
- Assist clients in understanding the real estate market, property values, and market trends to guide them in making informed decisions.
- Negotiate and draft real estate contracts, ensuring all parties' interests are represented and facilitating a smooth transaction process.
- Generate sales through original and second bookings.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends and property inventory.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of sales experience required.
- Familiarity with local neighborhoods and property values.
- Proven track record of sales success and achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive market.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
