**Roles and Responsibilities**

We are looking for smart, self-motivated individuals who have good communication skills, are confident, aggressive and have a flair for sales.
- Original / Fresh bookings in Residential and Commercial Projects.
- Facilitate and enable clients to purchase properties with the best possible service delivery.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities.
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.

Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare & deliver appropriate presentations on Residential and Commercial Projects.
- Negotiate / close deals and handle queries and objections.
- Having great knowledge related to the region where the properties are located and provide answers to the questions that clients might have regarding the property, neighborhood, etc.
- Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Min 1 year of Real estate experience
- Self-sufficient and self-motivated to succeed in sales.
- Real estate sales experience is a must
- Excellent communicator with an excellent personality.
- Dynamic personality and ability to connect with people.
- Flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and team-playing ability.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Desire to learn.
- Computer literate.
