- This job takes an integrated set of processes that a company uses to optimize the productivity of its employees. WFM involves effectively forecasting labor requirements and creating and managing staff schedules to accomplish a particular task on a day-to-day and hour-to-hour basis.
- Sharing the reports to the team which shows Supervisor Level, Agent Level, LOB Level of various metrics ( ASA, AHT, Adherence, Utilization, Shrinkage.. Etc.)
- Essential Responsibilities- Must have an experience in Advanced Excel with working experience in MS Excel 2010 or above.
- Knowledge of work force management functions such as RTA, MIS, Reporting analyst would be preferred.
- Ability to design and establish new MIS reporting modules.
- Ability to be highly organized with an emphasis on accuracy and timelines.
- Perform data collection, analysis, and reporting that lend valuable insights that capitalize on a combination of internal and external data.
- Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner.
- Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve issues in reports and regular tasks to make an existing process more efficient.

Required- Minimum 1 year of experience in WFM reporting and MIS reports.
- Willing to work in rotational/night shifts.
- Should have good knowledge and hands on experience with MS excel.
- Good to have Healthcare industry experience.
