Perform daily operations supporting the Configure, Price, Quote Application
- Liaison for enhancements and bug fixes
- Manage and administer CPQ user access
- Setup and maintenance of role-based access via profiles and permissions
- Monitor feedback within the system and respond to end-user queries
- Serve as first-line contact for end-users and Global Commercial Operations team.
- Assist with the development and documentation of business and functional requirements and all implementations related to stand alone functionality and system integration needs, including testing of new enhancements and documentation
- Design and manage flows, new screens, fields and reports in accordance with the automation strategy
- Serve as “super user” Labcorp CRM system, possessing full knowledge of the system and associated tools, including functionality, troubleshooting and administrative support

**Experience**
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Conga CPQ Product Administration Level 1
- Experience of Salesforce CPQ/RLM
- Experience working with a B2B sales organization.

**PREFERRED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- CPQ Product Administration, Level 2 Certification
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
