**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Provide detailed information about academic programs, eligibility, and admission procedures.
- Assist in admission documentation, verification, and compliance processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Deliver presentations in seminars, workshops, and counselling sessions.
- Achieve enrollment targets and contribute to overall team performance.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream (Education/Administration preferred).
- 1-2 years of proven experience in student counselling, administration, or customer-facing roles.
- **Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Telugu**.
- Excellent **convincing ability and negotiation skills**.
- Confident in **presentation and public speaking**.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
