Scintilla Digital Academy is expanding its team We are looking for dynamic **Student Counselors (BDMs)** who can effectively **convert leads into admissions** by engaging with potential students, explaining the benefits of our courses, and motivating them to enroll.

**Key Responsibilities**:
✔ Engage with interested students through **calls, online, and offline counseling**.
✔ Clearly **communicate course details, benefits, and career prospects**.
✔ **Guide and motivate** students to make informed decisions about their education.
✔ Ensure a **polite and professional approach** in all interactions.
✔ Drive **enrollments by effectively explaining course advantages**.
✔ **Meet targets** and contribute to the academy’s growth.

**Requirements**:
**Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu**.
Strong **interpersonal and convincing skills**.
Prior experience in **academies, universities, or educational institutions** preferred.
**Ability to work in a target-driven environment** and meet deadlines.
**Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field** preferred.
