**Experience : 5 -10 years as Placement Officer**

**Education : MBA (HRM)**
- Generate employment opportunities for students and alumni by establishing and maintaining productive employer partnerships.
- To obtain employment opportunities for students and alumni in all curricula.
- Aggressively contact businesses and industries to develop partnerships and placements.
- Help students to identify employment options that match their career interests.
- Schedule and follow up on student interviews with prospective employers.
- Counsel, prepare and enhance hiring potential of students, new graduates and alumni into the job market.
- Assist in the placement of eligible students.
- Overall responsibility for liaison with placement providers to ensure that all students secure suitable placements.
- Conducting and organising placement visits.
- Maintaining detailed records of student placements records.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

- Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
