**Requirements**:

- MBA / MHA in Hospital Administration
- Software knowledge - MS office
- Experience needs to be increased from the 7+ years industry and minimum 2+year teaching in relevant domain with any vocational training institutes / college Or VRS / Retired professionals with relevant industry experience who would be passionate in teaching can also apply.

**Trainer R&R**
- Quality in teaching
- Understand the industry need, based on that the content creation and delivery should be planned.
- Mentoring the students on the next level of career guidance
- Continuous Monitoring system of all the students
- Periodic analyse on the training outcome of all the students
- Create the weekly & monthly delivery report and share it with all the stakeholders.
- Support in getting the internship and identifying placement opportunities for students.
- Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)
- Active participation in college for technical work shop / seminar as a resource person to deliver the session
- The faculty should be willing to travel anywhere in the South India training centre/ colleges based on the requirements.
- Content Creation
- Get the TOT from the Lead Trainer
- Learn and update new technologies.
- Continuous Monitoring system for all the students
- Maintain proper Delivery Calendar
- Maintain the reports and update the to the Management.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
