**Graphic Designer Position - Job Requirements**

To help us elevate the visual experience of our events, we are seeking a talented Graphic Designer who is passionate about bringing concepts to life through outstanding visual design.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design promotional materials such as event brochures, banners, signage, and merchandise.
- Develop event-specific themes and visual identities that align with client objectives and brand essence.
- Collaborate with the event planning team to produce cohesive and visually stimulating event materials.
- Provide creative input for event staging, presentation design, and multimedia display content.
- Manage the production of event collateral, ensuring quality and consistency across all visual touchpoints.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 1 year of graphic design experience, preferably in the event management or related industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as CorelDraw..
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and implement design solutions based on strategic marketing input.
- Portfolio displaying a range of projects, including print and digital media related to event promotion.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple events simultaneously under deadline pressure.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with experience in a supportive role for event coordinators and marketers.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with environmental and large-format graphics for events.
- Video editing and motion graphics skills are a plus.
- Familiar with current design trends, specifically within the events industry.
- An understanding of print production and material specifications for various types of event collateral.
