**Responsibilities**:

- Create compelling and visually appealing designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
- Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, presentations, logos, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Use various techniques to create drafts, prototypes, and mock-ups to present ideas.
- Incorporate feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and related software.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Proven graphic designing experience, preferably in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other visual design tools.
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine colors, fonts, and layouts harmoniously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A portfolio showcasing creative and professional graphic design work.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
- Familiarity with printing processes and requirements.
