About Us:
At The Riya Vashist Makeup School, we are dedicated to empowering aspiring makeup artists with professional training and global exposure. We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Intern to amplify our presence and connect with our audience in creative and impactful ways.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:

- Design visually appealing posts, reels, and stories using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Collaborate with the team to showcase our makeup school’s courses, student work, Projects and events.

2. Social Media Management:

- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Monitor and engage with followers through comments, DMs, and community posts.

3. Campaign Development:

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns aligned with our brand goals.
- Research and suggest innovative trends to stay ahead in the beauty industry.

4. Analytics & Reporting:

- Track performance metrics (likes, shares, engagement rates) and prepare weekly reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

5. Collaboration:

- Work closely with makeup trainers, students, and the marketing team to gather content ideas.
- Support live events by capturing behind-the-scenes moments.

Qualifications:

- Passion for beauty, makeup, and social media.
- Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok trends.
- Strong written communication skills (for captions and hashtags).
- Creative mindset and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
