**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
- Create engaging, organic content for various social channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice and target audience.
- Plan and manage paid social advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), optimizing performance and achieving KPIs.
- Serve as an on-camera personality for live streams, product videos, and promotional content as needed.
- Engage with followers, influencers, and communities to foster meaningful interactions and brand loyalty.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics to continually improve engagement and reach.
- Stay current with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance our strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, copywriting, SEO, etc.) to create cohesive content across marketing channels.
- Leverage LinkedIn and Twitter for professional networking, thought leadership, and lead generation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role within a marketing or digital agency.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Strong knowledge of paid social advertising strategies and tools.
- Excellent camera presence and the ability to create engaging, personable video content.
- Exceptional communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to optimize social media performance.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
- Creative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
